Winning Jim Peterik (“Eye of the Tiger”,
Survivor) – acclaimed Jazz and pop musician, leader of the band “Lifeforce”
releases Deluxe Remastered 2 disc Edition
of the CD “Forces at Play”. The earlier
release of this album was limited to 13 tracks and 14 contributing artists, while
this newly remastered dual disc version is chock full with 23 tracks and 32
artists!
The stellar 32
top Jazz and Pop contributors joining Peterik on the record now include: Buddy Guy (on the Grammy award winning track
“Vehicle” included from an earlier time while Jim was a part of “Ides Of
March”) and new Lifeforce tracks contributors:
Steve Oliver; Jeff Carlisi (.38 Special), Mindi Abair (American Idol); Greg
Carmichael and Miles Gilderdale (Acoustic Alchemy); Blake Aaron, Jessy J,

Peterik’s
solo career has been responsible for eighteen top ten hits, including his three
number-one songs “Vehicle,” “The Search Is Over,” and “Eye of the Tiger”. He’s
co-written songs for the likes of 38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackhawk, Cheap Trick,
Sammy Hagar, Cathy Richardson, Van Zant, Brian Wilson, REO Speedwagon and The
Beach Boys.
